In Maine, many employers will require alcohol server certification that covers the Maine Liquor Liability Act. Maine allows servers to be 17 as long as they're supervised by someone 21 or older, but there is a lot to know and you owe it to all your employees to provide them with the training to safetly serve alcohol and develop the tools for safe alcohol sales.
